MISSION: Promote and develop an effective and feasible program to assure adequate recreation for the total community.

The Warren County Parks and Recreation Department currently owns and maintain three recreational parks in Warren County.

• Rotary Park – located in Warrenton besides John Graham Gym (playground equipment, ball field and skateboard ramp).
• Recreation Complex - located at 840 US Hwy 158 Bypass approximately two miles east of Warren County High School (playground equipment, two walking tracks, three baseball and softball fields, multi-purpose field for soccer and football and picnic shelter).
• M.E.R.P. Park – located in Soul City (outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pool and picnic area.

• Youth baseball and softball – ages 4-15 - registration is Feb. 26-March 7, 2009
• Easter Egg Hunt – ages 1-10 – Complex – Saturday, April 11, 2009- 10:00
• Men’s Softball and Women’s Softball – May 2009
• Swimming Pool opens on Memorial Weekend – May 2009
• Youth soccer, volleyball and football registration – August 2009
• Youth basketball registration - November 2009
• Adult basketball registration - November 2009
• The John Graham Gym is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m -1:00 p.m. for anyone wishing to use the indoor walking trail. Twenty laps equal one mile.
