The Warren County Veterans Service Office is an advocate agency established to assist veterans and/or their survivors to obtain benefits from The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Location
The office is located in the John Graham Library at 309 N. Main Street, RM 119 Warrenton N.C. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. Until 5:30p.m. Telephone 252 257-3385 and Fax 252 257-3360.
Benefits
The Staff is there to assist with the filing for benefits such as Healthcare, Education, Burial, Compensation, Pension, Vocational Rehabilitation, Home Loan Guaranty, etc. The Staff also offer assistance in obtaining military records and discharges. Forms and information may also be downloaded from http://www.va.gov/benefits.

A: Veterans, Veterans dependent, surviving spouse or child of a deceased veteran, National Guard or Reserve, or active duty service member may be eligible.

A: DD 214 (military discharge certificate) which can be ordered from www.vetrec.archives.gov.
