Warren County receives its water from the Kerr Lake Regional System. Warren County is a purchase and distribution system only; Warren County Public Utilities (WCPU) does not treat the water sold to customers. Treatment is handled by the Kerr Lake Regional Water System. Staff is on-site to answer the phones Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Doors are open to the public at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. daily.
After hours, weekends, and holidays, there is a technician on call. To report an after-hours emergency, call the Warren County Sheriff’s Department at 252-257-3456; they will contact our on-call technician. Please note this may result in an after-hour service fee of $50.00. For all non-emergency issues, please call the office during regular business hours.
