Public Hearing: Request for Variance (impervious surface ratio) for Chateau at the Lake

A public hearing (outdoor venue) will be held by the Warren County Board of Adjustment (BOA) on Wednesday September 30, 2020 at 6:00 PM (rain date Thursday October 1, 2020 6:00 PM – should rain occur on this date then the meeting will be moved to the Warren County Armory Civic Center) at the Warren County High School football stadium located at 149 Campus Drive Warrenton, NC 27589. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and review information from the applicant on the following:


#2020-01-VAR: Request for Variance (impervious surface ratio) for Chateau at the Lake as a Planned Unit Development – Commercial and Residential (PUD-CR) located at 1876 Eaton Ferry Road Littleton, NC 27850.  Property is zoned Lakeside Business (LB) (Tax Map K3-A3) on 45+/- acres in River Township.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this meeting will be held outdoors with face coverings required and social distancing observed.  Screening questions will also be asked of each attendee to the hearing.
